Duties:
Survey/Observe computer setups and components, Troubleshoot print settings, Assist users with print options, assist students with wireless to laptop or wireless to cell phone procedures, assist students with email to phone procedure, check and maintain policy for lab use. Report all incidents and discrepancies to the appropriate person(s). Learn to troubleshoot pcs and procedures. Learn and apply excellent customer service. Develop and apply critical thinking skills and quick response methods.
Qualifications:
Student must be interested in computer usage and user assistance. Student must be awarded Work Study for the fall 2016 term. Computer related background preferred but not mandatory.
