Duties:
Assist in managing and maintaining the Wise Gallery. Job includes sorting, organizing and maintaining all artworks in the gallery and gallery storage. Student will help with artwork installation, filling out all necessary paperwork for insurance needs, creating a catalogue of current permanent collection, creating artwork labeling, and creating promotional materials for upcoming exhibits. The student will be supervised by the James Wise Gallery Director and will fulfill tasks according to his/her direction. Periodic opening and closing of the gallery is also needed. Some lifting required and computer experience should include Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Qualifications:
Must be a Fine Arts Major and awarded Federal Work Study.
