Duties:

As a Career Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting career development resources available at our institution. Your responsibilities will include:

* Peer Mentorship: Support fellow students by guiding them through the various career services available, such as resume writing workshops, interview preparation sessions, networking events, and the "Dress for Success" initiative, which manages the career closet.

* Event Promotion: Assist in the organization and promotion of events like career expos and employer panels that connect students with potential employers and foster career development.

* Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students regarding their career readiness needs and preferences to enhance our services.

* Social Media Engagement: Use social media platforms to share career tips, information from our office, student success stories, and create content that promotes career readiness and highlights upcoming career development events.

Qualifications:

* Reliable, professional, creative, and detail-oriented, with a consistently positive attitude. 

* Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and a strong focus on customer service.

* Maintains a professional appearance and upholds confidentiality at all times.

* Must be awarded work-study for the fall 2025 term.
