Duties:
Students will assist with organizing and maintaining a library of media. Tasks may include some circulation duties and ensuring procedural guidelines are being following by library users, tracking library items and data, archiving media, reviewing media for AV quality and specific content markers, and editing videos. Additional responsibilities may include clerical tasks, including xeroxing, filing and organizing, and editing and updating using the Macs. Possible assistance with Makerbot 3D printers. This position requires evening availability. Other duties assigned by the Media Manger.
Qualifications:

*This position is for juniors and seniors only who are currently majoring in Mass Communication, Computer Science and or Journalism.   

Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel. Profound knowledge of Apple products, Adobe software and digital recording devices. Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and good problem-solving and time-management skills. Able to work independently with minimal oversight. Good written and oral communication skills. Positive attitude and flexibility in response to deadlines. Must be able to work one night and one weekend. Must be awarded work-study for the spring 2022 term
