Duties:
Troubleshoot and resolve computer related uses in the School of Business computer laboratory (lab). Ensure that the computer lab is properly equipped for daily operations of lab. Perform routine maintenance on hardware and update software. Supervise the lab during non-teaching hours and enforce the NSU rules regarding computer resource usage. Prepare and provide routine reports on problems related to hardware and software, and student activities in the lab. Must have basic knowledge of computer networking, security, hardware and software systems. Excellent oral, written, organizational, and management skills required. Previous experience in a computer lab environment preferred and demonstrated ability to work with others is a must.
Qualifications:
Computer Networking, Computer Accounting and Financial Systems Computer Science Student.
