Duties:
Duties: Assist the department chair and office manager with general office tasks; answer phones, handle phone inquiries, data entry, filing, run errands, distribute incoming mail, assist with special projects and greet students and visitors.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Prior work study experience in general office procedures, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, electronic and manual filing, office equipment operations, customer service skills, some knowledge of social media platforms. Must be awarded work-study for Fall 2019.
