Clerical duties to include- answering the phones, organizing and filing documents, welcoming students and guests to the office. Using excel spreadsheets, preparing materials for special events. Scanning documents
Qualifications:
-Good written and verbal communication skills -1 year of customer service experience -Strong time management skills -Good academic standing with the University. Must be awarded work-study for the fall 2020 term.
