Duties:
Assist departmental IT staff with computer and printer deployment and maintenance, hardware and software installation and configuration, research and testing operating system apps and features and asset management. Refer major hardware and software issues or defective products to the IT staff for service.
Qualifications:
Students must be dependable and awarded Work Study for the summer semester. Students should have the willingness to research and learn new technologies and solve problems in creative and effective ways. The ability to work independently or with a team and communicate information and ideas effectively is needed. Computer proficiency with Windows operating system and system administration is preferred.
