Duties:
Tutor student-athletes in various subjects. Other assistance may include: reviewing class material, discussing the text, preparing for tests, and working on solutions to help improve academic skills and abilities. Complete session reports after each tutoring session. Update weekly action plan with weekly grades. Communicate any concerns or potential problems with assigned academic advisor.
Qualifications:
Junior/Senior students having a 3.0 or better in subject matter hired. Individuals must be organized and efficient as all session reports and time sheets must be submitted to the Athletic Department prior to compensation. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description. Must be awarded Federal work-study for the fall and spring 2024-2025 term.
